Zoe’s passion for recruitment of high calibre staff for private households and luxury hospitality venues is underpinned by her extensive background in private household recruitment and working within the private household/client sector directly.
Zoe and her team, work with UHNWIs, high-profile individuals and luxury hospitality businesses throughout the UK Countryside. Having previously worked with a London household staffing agency which supported the staffing nationally and internationally, Zoe felt that there was a gap in the UK countryside which was not getting the same focus and time.
Zoe is now based in the Oxfordshire area; a stone’s throw away from the Cotswolds supporting not only the surrounding areas but throughout the UK Countryside. She works with clients moving into the countryside from a city or from overseas. She supports clients with full team recruitment from an operational and management level to domestic staff or works with clients who already have an established team and are looking to increase or restructure.
In addition to recruitment services, she works closely with clients on retention which includes supporting them from the outset. She works with private households to deliver in-house and bespoke retention and up-skill training.
