Rachel Mainwaring-Taylor is a highly experienced private client solicitor, having specialised for over 20 years in succession planning for both UK-based and international clients. She has particular expertise in cross-border issues, assisting clients with complex interests across multiple jurisdictions. Rachel’s work focuses on areas such as residence and domicile status, UK tax exposure, business and heritage asset planning, and resolving conflicts in inheritance laws between different countries.

Rachel provides tailored advice to trustees, settlors, and beneficiaries on the creation, administration, taxation, and governance of wealth structures.
