As a seasoned valuer with broad-ranging knowledge, Robin carries out valuations for sale, probate, market, and insurance purposes across an extensive array of fine art and antiques. He serves a wide range of clients, including private individuals and their professional advisors, corporations, museums and institutions. Additionally, Robin provides guidance on art and antiques acquisitions, whether assisting clients in acquiring specific pieces, building collections from the ground up, or offering comprehensive assessments of existing collections and strategies for their enhancement or re-focus. Previous projects have included extensive valuations for not only private clients, but also heritage organizations, livery companies, regimental collections and government departments.
Throughout his career Robin has managed the sale of numerous single-owner collections and exceptional works with unique provenance, including Old Master paintings, Chinese art, Modern British and Contemporary art, as well as fine furniture and works of art, antiquities, wristwatches and classic cars.
