Toby Hunter is a trusted property sector advisor and entrepreneur, with a track record of buying and selling more than £1.25 billion of assets.

With more than three decades of experience in commercial investment, development and strategic management, Toby is a recognised expert in helping select family clients manage commercial property investments.

He launched the first private client property fund management firm in the UK and currently administers assets valued at hundreds of millions of pounds.

Toby provides impartial advice on how to manage wealth within the UK property sector and offers a clear route into the commercial property market for HNW and UHNW families.

With a wide-ranging network of contacts, he is also able to advise on debt, legal, planning, treasury and development matters, with transactions ranging from residential portfolios to large-scale office and industrial complexes.

Toby draws on his expertise in financial engineering, investment selection and asset management to create high-yield returns within the property market.

He has honed a skill set encompassing tax, operations, corporate structures, fiduciary and legal matters, financing and data analysis, with every service geared towards maximising value for clients and helping them manage their assets in the most beneficial, straightforward  ways possible.

As well as leading personal investment ventures, acquiring office, industrial, and retail properties, Toby currently owns Hungerford Park Ltd, which runs a mixed-use country estate in Berkshire.
