As an expert property consultant with over 20 years’ experience in the sector, Alex helps clients to buy and sell residential homes across London, the Home Counties and Yorkshire.
Formerly an estate agent himself for Knight Frank, Cluttons and Strutt & Parker, Alex gives clients the ‘inside track’ on how to get the very best out of the property sector and estate agents, maximising value and solely looks in client best interests.
As a specialist property finder, Alex sources and secures some of the most sought-after on and off-market properties. He has access to properties that might not be on your radar, and most importantly, not on any other potential buyers’ either. His combined market knowledge, local intelligence and industry contacts, means that he can add value to your property search straightaway.
For house sellers, Alex advises on the most appropriate estate agent and how to maximise the sale price. Each week he manages the appointed estate agent on behalf of vendors. By staying in regular touch, he ensures that the sale process is as stress free as possible. Alex adds value to the sale, at no cost to the vendor, as he is paid out of the estate agent’s standard commission.
