Mortgage Broker

Chloe’s career began in 2006 when she started as a mortgage broker, quickly progressing to a senior manager role. In 2010, she joined an estate agency that was struggling to integrate property sales with financial services. Chloe took charge of five branches, transforming them into some of the highest performers in the region.

In 2011, Chloe was given the opportunity to establish the regulated side of a non-regulated mortgage business where she was  responsible for training and developing five new-to-industry advisers, overseeing all compliance functions, and maintaining relationships with both introducers and clients.

Chloe now specialises in obtaining mortgages using multiple currency income, assessing affordability based on net worth, and working with clients connected to the sports, media, and entertainment industries. She also has extensive experience with corporate and trust structures, navigating multi-tax jurisdictions, and assisting non-UK residents.

Chloe’s professional reputation is built on the high service standards she provides. Chloe is committed to the client journey, recognising that the process is just as important as the outcome.
