Stephen advises entrepreneurs, family companies, partnerships, trustees and closely-held businesses on their ownership and management structures, succession planning and business affairs.  Approachable and empathetic, he draws on his wide experience to find solutions to the complex problems of ownership, control, asset protection and succession that arise in wealthy families and among business owners, not least the effects of death or divorce, and which impact on their business affairs.

Stephen has worked in the UK and Germany, both in industry and private practice in several major London firms.  Many of his clients are inward investors to the UK which he advises on their businesses structures and affairs.
