DUHA AL-WAKEEL

Trusts and Estates Lawyer

Duha is an experienced Solicitor having qualified over 20 years ago and is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP). Duha assists with Estate planning and Will drafting to ensure client’s assets pass to their intended loved ones in the most tax efficient manner possible.  Duha also advises on and prepares documentation for Settlors as well as Trustees.  Post death, Duha deals with Probate process and full Estate Administration.  In addition to this, Duha can advise on and register Powers of Attorney or make Deputyship Applications to the Court of Protection.

Duha is known for her friendly empathetic nature at what is, for some, a difficult time in their lives.  Despite the circumstances, clients come away with a sense of clarity following the sound professional advice received.

Outside work Duha volunteers with an international charity providing support to orphaned children in war torn countries.  She also enjoys socialising with friends and spending time with her family.
