Corporate Finance & M&A Lawyer

Fraser is experienced in advising and assisting clients with international corporate finance, M&A and investment transactions having worked in big city legal practices, major hedge funds and investment banks.

He understands what it really takes to operate local and international businesses after time working outside of private legal practice to serve on the boards of and advising a variety of private and public companies.

Fraser is also admitted as a Solicitor of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court and has worked with a BVI and Cayman Islands offshore law firm. He is a certified Prince2 Practitioner in Project Management.

Focused on bringing about change and the end to modern day slavery, Fraser dedicated time to working with a private foundation/NGO as a director of regional operations in the Middle East and Eastern Europe.
